Calculate Hours Worked
Unlike a single time-duration calculation, this tool is designed to total several periods. That makes it useful for daily shifts, split schedules, timesheets and project time records.
Breaks and Overnight Entries
Each row can have its own break deduction. If an end time is earlier than its start time, that entry is treated as crossing midnight.
Hours and Decimal Hours
The result shows conventional hours and minutes plus decimal hours. Decimal totals can be convenient when transferring time into systems that use base-10 hour values.

Can I add multiple work periods?
Yes. Use Add Time Entry for as many periods as you need.
Can an entry cross midnight?
Yes. An earlier end time is interpreted as the next day.
Are break minutes included in paid time?
No. Entered break minutes are deducted from that row before the totals are combined.
